I have an inactive player in my solar but probably a little to tough for me to crack right now. He has 6,2?? points. Coords are 2:69. He has three planets in here and two have asteroids. In case anyone is ingterested.

Keep a close eye on him and have a colony ship ready. When he gets deleted grab the planets. I'm not sure whether the roid gets deleted when he does. Be ready just in case

sadly, yes the roid does get deleted.
or it always has in the past, i tried that little trick but didnt ork to my dismay
